Description: Starter supported the LP, University of Udine in developing the project idea, in writing the project dossier and in the partnership establishment and management. Also, Starter is committed in giving technical assistance to the project management and to the studies preparation. The project is focused on the transfer of the environmental friendly technology of biochar through the use of pyrolitic stoves in three African countries (Ghana, Togo and Sierra Leon), and it involves the Universities of Cape Coast, Lomé and Njala, and of NGOs ASA Initiative, Sauve Flore and CORD SL, together with the Italian Council of Researches IBIMET.
