10 Jul “WILDCARD: The Forest Game” – Rewilding science becomes an audio adventure

We’re excited to announce the launch of “WILDCARD: The Forest Game”, the new podcast produced by Starter that transforms the scientific complexity of rewilding into a captivating strategic journey through Europe’s forests.

This bold science communication project was developed and narrated by Silvia Giralucci, whose brilliant storytelling brings rewilding to life in a fresh and accessible way.

We extend our sincere thanks to Professor Giorgio Alberti from the University of Udine for his scientific guidance, and to the European Forest Institute (EFI) team for their research expertise and support in making each episode both accurate and engaging.

“WILDCARD” is a collaborative project powered by the knowledge of researchers from across Europe, actively working in the field of rewilding. Their shared data, insights, and real-life stories bring depth and authenticity to the narrative.
